Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card or other approved methods. Invoices will be issued upon enrolment confirmation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the course start date.
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before the course start date.
• No refund if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the course start date or after course commencement.

Exceptions may apply in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of glamspotly.
