glamspotly was founded by working technical directors and vision switchers who wanted a faster, more practical way for new operators to break into live television and streaming production.
Our story
glamspotly started in a converted television studio with a single vision mixer and a handful of trainees who wanted more than a certificate — they wanted to be genuinely control-room ready. Over the years we have grown into a dedicated training facility offering courses in multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and full production management.
Today, our graduates work across free-to-air television, sport broadcasts, corporate live streaming and touring productions right across Australia. We remain deliberately hands-on: every course is built around live simulations, not slideshows.
